I. Magus

The androgynous figure of the magician stands behind a table set with symbols of the four elements: fire, water, air and earth. This individual has the tools but does not yet know their full potential or how to utilize it. The magus's court jester hat suggests the ability to communicate paradox, use humor and playful trickery to teach. The robe is adorned with the twelve stars of the zodiac. Heart shaped glasses compassionately hide what one is not yet ready to see.

Meanings: Enlightenment about an important issue. The ability to influence others and transform chaos into form. This card also carries the energy of creative skill and talent, self-reliance and imagination. Reversed: This card can mean trickery and deception, or a misuse of one's skill for wasteful or destructive ends.
